1. Any animal over the age of 6 months must show proof of rabies vaccination or they will be administered a 1-year rabies vaccination at the cost to the owner, pursuant to TN Code § 68-8-103, NC Code G.S. § 130A-185, VA Code § 3.2-6521.
2. Additional vaccinations and services are available at cost to the owners.
3. Appointments are booked on a first come, first served basis and are available to be booked up to 2 months in advance.
4. Full payment for services rendered is due at the time of booking. If you are flagged as a “No Show” your appointment will not be rebooked and your payment will be forfeited.
5. Curbside only. Our clinic functions as a Curbside only service. Please remain in your car when you arrive for your appointment and follow the directions posted on the signs in the parking lot.
6. All animals will receive a small tattoo indicating their spayed/neutered status.
7. All dogs must be leashed and all cats must be in carriers. Feral cats must be kept in their traps.
We are also open to residents outside of Washington County and Johnson City.

Price above includes physical exam of pet (as able to perform), all medications, general anesthesia, and one round of pain medication. Additional oral pain relief options are available for an additional cost.
