Special called meeting of the Washington County/Johnson City Animal Control Board (ACB) for the discussion of the establishment of an on-site spay and neuter clinic.  The ACB will vote on next steps for the project.  The meeting will be held at the Memorial Park Community Center on Tuesday 3/30/21 from 5:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
